Chief Operating Officer

Steve serves on Denark’s Executive Committee and brings nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry to Denark. In his current COO capacity, he takes responsibility for the overall operations of the Company. He directly oversees Denark’s superior estimating and Preconstruction efforts, along with the smooth transition of projects from Preconstruction to Operations. Assisted by a great team of experts, he maintains a close eye over project delivery, holding project teams accountable for the adherence to quality, schedule, and budget parameters. On special projects, he may serve as Project Executive or, on certain large and complicated projects, as the Senior Owner Contact.

Steve brings extensive experience in managing a wide range of major industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. His many years of construction experience, along with his educational excellence, allow him to offer meaningful recommendations for implementing the most efficient construction means and methods, along with the opportunity to recommend and evaluate real value management opportunities for all of Denark’s projects. Steve makes sure that our project teams are held accountable in adhering to the Denark Process Manual, which ultimately protects our projects and our clients from costly Change Orders and unwarranted risk exposure.
