Upland Village Rehab & Wellness Center involved the complete renovation of the original Wharton Nursing Home to accommodate a new rehabilitation center, administrative offices, and dining/kitchen facility. The 31-bed, Medicare A & B certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy center is licensed with the State of Tennessee and includes physical therapy space, a state-of-the-art exercise room, nursing station, and dining room w/fully-equipped kitchen. The upper level is institutional (Group I-2) and considered a rehabilitation hospital with individual patient rooms, each with individual bathrooms. The project received USDA Financing and was completed in multiple phases to accommodate the Owner.
