The multi-purpose stadium serves as home for the Tennessee Smokies AA Minor League Baseball Team. Denark led the Design-Build Team to provide this stadium, which also serves as a venue for other major events and concerts in East Tennessee. The complex includes the Sevier County Regional Visitors Center, a restaurant, concession areas, a retail shop, and 16 skyboxes.
This project illustrates Denark’s ability to control costs, meet an aggressive schedule, and deliver a quality project. Critics doubted that a high-quality stadium could be designed and built in just over one year. This facility was designed, estimated, and constructed in 13 months. Equally significant is the fact that it was completed two weeks ahead of schedule and had $0.00 change orders.
“As a team working together, we have built a stadium that not only Sevier County is proud of, but all of East Tennessee. I would highly recommend Denark based on their commitment to quality, team-player mentality, overall concern for owner needs, and ability to deliver a first-class product on a very tight schedule and on budget.”
