Denark served as CM At-Risk for the new 154,000 SF, two-story TCAT/Nissan Education & Training Center. Adjacent to Nissan’s Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant, North America’s largest auto manufacturing plant, the facility serves as a new model for developing a local skilled labor force with support and investment from local private industry. Occupied jointly by Nissan and TCAT Murfreesboro, the facility is not only conducive to both learning and demonstration, but also inspirational and forward looking in terms of technology and flexibility.

“I would like to thank Denark Construction for its project management of the new Tennessee College of Applied Technology and the Nissan Training Center in Smyrna.  The building is a model of excellence for advanced manufacturing. Denark provided relevant and timely updates on construction status, including several recommendations that improved the functionality of the facility. Their professionalism and personal commitment to the project made it easier for me to manage Nissan’s portion of the building construction.”
