Denark served as Construction Manager At-Risk on the 43,922 SF one-story building with clerestory. The facility contains labs and classrooms that provide education in skills such as welding, HVAC, and machine tool technology. Another key area of study in the new building is mechatronics, a specialized engineering training that is key within the auto industry.

The project was successfully completed on time, within budget, and with high level of quality evident throughout despite several challenges and enhanced protocols related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As we near completion on our Advanced Manufacturing Training Facility I can confidently say Denark Construction has been an outstanding partner to work with. From the very beginning I have felt like we were an important part of the construction team as the building has moved through the stages necessary to complete. They have remained focused and dedicated to giving us the best building and best service possible. I hope that any future expansion projects we have will be handled the way this project has.”
