Denark served as Construction Manager At-Risk for the City of Sevierville’s recently completed Station 3. The new 11,753 SF station has three apparatus bays and houses six firefighters, an engine, ladder truck, and rescue truck. This new building replaces the former Main Station that was historically located on the same property which had relocated to Dolly Parton Parkway in 2019. The station will primarily serve the downtown, West Main Street, Old Knoxville Highway, Gist Creek areas, and portions of Highway 66. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.

“I want to compliment Denark for the team we have working on the downtown fire station. They are doing an excellent job along with designer Allen & Hoshall. They are always on top of all potential issues before they can become an issue in the field.“
