SCUD Multi-Purpose Facility & Employee Center

Denark provided CM Services on the 9,533 SF multi-purpose facility for the Sevier County Utility District (SCUD). The facility included a 2,300 SF assembly space for meetings and catered events, as well as a 480 SF catering kitchen. It also included a 695 SF fitness room and 532 SF training room. There are 3 general storage rooms and a 209 SF filing room with mobile filing cabinets for high density storage.
