Denark provided comprehensive CM/GC services for the three-story Health Sciences & Technology Building at Roane State’s Oak Ridge campus. This facility was constructed with steel frame, block, brick, metal panels and glass. It was carefully phased to accommodate students, staff, and visitors. It included state-of-the-art classrooms, lecture halls, administrative offices, shared common areas, and instructional labs. Scope included the renovation of an adjacent campus building, new parking, landscaping and utility infrastructure. This facility was built with Tennessee Sustainable Design Guidelines and was LEED Silver certified.
