Denark served as Construction Manager At-Risk on the 46,635 SF one-story multi-purpose Anderson County Higher Education Center, which is a partnership for Tennessee College of Applied Technology and Roane State Community College. Both organizations offer education and training programs at this location. The building is comprised of classrooms, shops, offices, and associated support spaces.

Roane State programs and classes offered at the facility include Mechatronics Degree, Mechatronics Certificate, Robotics, Automation, and Plastics Injection Molding. TCAT Knoxville offers programs in Welding, Diesel Powered Equipment Technology, Auto Tech, Industrial Maintenance, Building Trades, and a host of other customized workforce development training.
