Denark has been serving as CM At-Risk for the Lakeshore Park Foundation since 2015 on the multi-phase improvements to Lakeshore Park.

This particular project encompassed the renovation of Marble Hall, the construction of both Marble Pavilion and a 710 SF public restroom building, re-grading 31 acres of the park, 4 new parking lots, 9,331 feet of new walking path, and extensive landscaping. In addition, 1,300 feet of river bank was repaired, and 340 feet of boardwalk pathway was added along the water’s edge along with a new overlook and fishing pier.

“It has been a pleasure to work with Denark on the Lakeshore Park Phase 1A Renovations. While this was a complicated project with several phases and sequencing of work, their team consistently brought productive solutions to the table. The Project Superintendent maintained a safe, organized job site and kept the subcontractors on task, resulting in the highest quality of work, delivered on-time and within budget.  I look forward to working with them on ensuing phases of the project.”
