Lakeshore Park – HGTV Overlook
About this Project
Denark has been serving as CM At-Risk for the Lakeshore Park Foundation since 2015 on the multi-phase improvements to Lakeshore Park. Working with the Owner’s Rep, Partners Development, we have helped transform this 180-acre park into one of the most visited parks in the region.
The HGTV Overlook project, featuring a large plaza encircled by a 500-foot tree lined esplanade, is a central civic gathering space for individual park users, groups, and events.
