The Beauford Delaney Building

Denark is currently serving as CM At-Risk on the Beauford Delaney Building, an integral part of the Knoxville Multi-Use Stadium development. This nine-story multi-use building is set to redefine urban living with its 47 luxury residential condominiums, each offering breathtaking views of home plate or the plaza. The residents will have access to a private viewing deck on the fourth floor, which includes an interior lounge space and a fitness room. The first three floors will house offices and multiple retail and restaurant spaces that enhance the stadium experience and connect seamlessly with the Old City.
