Frank Rothermel

President

Frank is President and 49% stockholder of Denark. He joined forces with Denark in 1996, after more than 20 years of experience founding and leading his own successful construction company. Frank brings to the team a wealth of construction experience and a deep commitment to budget and schedule controls. As President, he focuses his attention primarily on Operations, Office Management, and Finance & Administration. He is always ready to attend team meetings to mentor and support. He conducts various internal project reviews and audits, and he does not hesitate to dive in and solve problems. His oversight ensures Denark’s continued strong, stable, and managed growth.

From his early experience as a craftsman and his BS degree in Economics, Frank has always put quality construction and customer care first. Ultimately, Denark has been fortunate to recruit and retain highly experienced and seasoned executives and leaders that ensure our promises are delivered to team members and to Clients.

Beyond his general contracting accomplishments, Frank has made it a point to give back to the community through working with many local non-profit organizations. In fact, he has dedicated a great deal of his time and energy toward the advancement of non-profit and community organizations that are focused on the care and enrichment of people’s lives.
