Denark served as Construction Manager for the 6,000 SF bar renovation and addition to the existing lodge restaurant. The improvements included new bar equipment & walk-in cooler at the back of the house area, custom aluminum doors and windows, upgraded light fixtures, and new finishes throughout. The upper level included a cable guardrail over the addition for future expansion of an outdoor terrace. New exterior electric heaters were added to the existing covered porch allowing patrons to enjoy the outdoors later into the year. The existing flagstone paver patio was reconfigured and expanded with new pavers to accommodate ADA accessibility and to allow additional dining and space for more guests.
