Denark served as the CM At-Risk on the construction of a ten-story structure made up of 69 condominiums, and a 4-level precast concrete Parking Garage. The garage included 123 parking spaces for residents. The structure of this building started with a very unique foundation system consisting of all concrete footings that sit on top of a grid of Geopiers. This system involves drilling several 30″ diameter shafts 13′ deep and compacting multiple layers of stone to create enough soil bearing for the concrete foundations.
