The partially completed development project was purchased at auction by private investors. Denark was selected as Construction Manager/General Contractor to complete the project. The initial scope of work focused mainly on correction of code and structural deficiencies as well as inferior and incomplete construction by the previous owners. The upscale condominium development includes 124 units of luxury residences, a private pool, and two levels of covered parking (223 spaces). The project was completed on time and under budget.
